1. ลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดของคุณ

  • ส่งคำขอจากอีเมลที่ใช้สมัครบัญชีมาที่ support@maemod.com ระบุหัวข้อว่า "ขอลบข้อมูล"

3. Data Deletion Callback ของ Meta

1. Delete your account and all your data

  • Email support@maemod.com from the address registered to your account with the subject "Data deletion request".
  • We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 90 days, independent of any plan cycle.
  • Data we must still keep: (a) data required by law — accounting and tax records, and computer traffic data; (b) credit transaction records only to the extent needed for the accounting records in (a), for no longer than 5 years unless the law requires longer; (c) records of your acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy — kept for 5 years after account deletion; (d) staff action logs relating to your account — kept for security and audit purposes (see Privacy Policy section 6).
  • Deletion covers account data, all content and media file versions, caches, social account connection data, and access tokens, including backups and provider-held copies where we are able to act on them.
  • The request channel is currently the email above (automated deletion is not yet enabled).
  • Remaining top-up credits are deleted with the account when this request is completed.

2. Revoke Facebook / Instagram connections only

Revoking a connection does not delete your MaeModAI account. Two ways:

  • Contact us at support@maemod.com — we will release the connection and stop publishing on that account's behalf. During the pilot, disconnection requests are handled by email only (there is no self-serve disconnect button in the app).
  • Remove access directly on Facebook: Settings → Business Integrations → select the app → Remove — the displayed app name depends on how you connected: connections through our own app show "MaeModAI App", while for connections through the publishing provider we use during the pilot, Facebook may show the name of our partner app that connects on our behalf

3. Meta Data Deletion Callback

Our callback receives deletion requests submitted through Meta's supported data-deletion flow and issues a status-tracking URL with a confirmation code for each request. Removing the app or revoking a connection revokes access, but does not by itself confirm that stored data has been deleted.

  • Scope: covers only the data obtained through that Facebook user's connection (such as the account identifier, connected page data, and related tokens) — it does not delete your entire MaeModAI account; for full deletion use section 1. To delete only the data related to your Facebook/Instagram account, email support@maemod.com stating so.
  • Applicability: this callback applies to connections made through our own app only; connections through our publishing provider follow that provider's own procedure — but copies MaeModAI itself stores remain our responsibility and are deleted under our procedure.
  • The deletion itself is carried out by our team under our procedure (automated deletion is not yet enabled) — the status page shows the request's status, such as received, under review, or deleted.
  • Requests received through Meta's data-deletion flow are completed within 30 days of receipt.

Whether or not you submit a request through Meta, you can request deletion directly as described in section 1 at any time.

4. Already-published posts

We do not delete posts already published on Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms. You can delete those posts directly on the platform.
